She is skilled, at using HR tactics that align with business goals that involves recruiting talent, developing employees or restructuring organizations. By focusing on innovation and constant enhancement her goal is to create work environments where both individuals and businesses can thrive to their best potential.

She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration, majoring in Human Resource Management from Dhaka University (Military Institute of Science and Technology-MIST). Furthermore, she also has a Masters in English. She has acquired 2 Post Graduate Diplomas that have augmented her competency in HR field. One of those, being in Human Resources Management from Bangladesh Institute of Management (BIM) while the other covers Labor Law and Industrial Relations from Institute of Personnel Management (IPM).

She possesses a long 18 years’ experience in diversified arena on HR field. As a visionary HR lead, she demonstrated HR excellence in her service tenure depicting excellence in imparting training to people on leadership and various soft skills.  Aleya Ferdous’s background and expertise in HR are truly impressive.
