His expertise extends to Performance Management, HR, Sales, Business Development, and Operations Excellence. Mr. Mamun’s hands-on experience encompasses a broad spectrum of managerial and administrative skills, including Organization Development Intervention, Training Needs Analysis (TNA), and the design and implementation of Training Curriculums.

He is adept at conducting Training Evaluations, calculating ROI, preparing Training Metrices, and implementing Performance Management Systems. His commitment to fostering Employee Engagement, Team Building, and Leadership Development is evident in his approach to Employer Branding and Conflict Resolution. As a visionary entrepreneur, he founded Uddog o Uddokta Bangladesh & Japan, and Flame Facilitation, extending his influence in the entrepreneurial and business consultancy realms.
