Rafiqul Islam is a distinguished Human Resources (HR) professional with a comprehensive foundation in Organizational Development and a remarkable 27-year career spanning multiple Industries, including Pharmaceuticals, Automotive, Steel, and Food. His expertise in Performance Management is exemplified by his pioneering implementation of the Hoshin Kanri Method in Bangladesh, a strategic approach that aligns an organization’s functions with its vision and mission.
