Umme Naila Rejuana, with a robust foundation of over 14 years in Human Resource Management and Training & Development, stands out as a seasoned HR professional. Her expertise encompasses a broad spectrum of HR functions, including Staff Capacity Development, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, HR policy and procedure development, HR Business Partnering, and Organizational Development, with a specialized focus on Safeguarding, PSEA, and, Gender. Her impressive track record includes spearheading pivotal projects across various sectors such as INGOs, BNGOs, MNCs, and the Garment industry. Her contributions are particularly notable in designing and executing of approximately 100 soft skills and technical skills training modules.

She has adeptly conducted Training Needs Analysis (TNA), Trainings of Trainers (TOT), and Workshops, in addition to orchestrating organization-wide induction programs. Her proactive approach was instrumental during the pandemic, where she led the “Covid-19 Awareness and Response” initiative, significantly contributing to organization-wide safeguarding and PSEA awareness training programs. Her work has been integral to projects funded by international bodies such as AusAID and GAC.

Rejuana’s career trajectory has seen her at the helm of HR initiatives for both INGOs and consultancy firms, where she has delivered strategic HR solutions and end-to-end staff capacity development plans. This includes planning calendars, budgeting, module development, coordination, and conducting TOTs, Training Sessions, Workshops, Sourcing Consultants, and monitoring and evaluation for stakeholders.

Her academic credentials are impressive; she holds a Master’s in Human Resource Management from the University of Canberra, Australia, and an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from BRAC University, Dhaka.
